[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In the original complaint I listed four requested actions in order to resolve the issues at hand At this point in time one of the four is complete, one I am waiting for clearance on and two were not addressed at all! The updates on those four items is belowThe trees needed to be removed from the city of West Haven property and put in my yard like they were supposed to be in the first placeAfter sending my initial complaint to you in July, I was hit with a second violation from the city of West HavenThis one was a blight violation! It only gave me seven days to find a solutionI contacted Capasso Landscaping and [redacted] informed me that the Revdex.com wasn't going to do anything for me, so my only hope was to pay him more moneyWhen my clock was running out and I still had no response from the Revdex.com, I did have Capasso Landscaping come back for an ADDITIONAL $to do the very job I had ALREADY PAID him to doThe trees are in my yard now but I have still not received clearance from the city of West Haven regarding his clean up jobThey will get back to me in the coming weekMy neighbor's fence and my fence need to be repairedCapasso Landscaping did not repair either fenceThe deep ditches Capasso created in my yard need to be filled back in One of his workers leveled most of the yardCapasso needs to supply me with a receipt for the $I paid him He still has not given me one Sincerely, [redacted]

The trees are in my yard now but I have still not received clearance from the city of West Haven regarding his clean up job. They will get back to me in the coming week.2. My neighbor's fence and my fence need to be repaired. Capasso Landscaping did not repair either fence.3.
