On 10/19/a policeman called Joe Cruz, he admitted to not completing work in my back yard, not pruning oak tree in front yard, cleaning gutters and checking roof because of death in family.Joe was supposed to call me to complete work but I had to call him on 10/19/2015, Cruz answered and set up date of 10/22/between 8:and 9:am to come with tree climbers, street crane to prune large oak tree, clean gutters, check roof and remove pine trees from back yard that he cut down in September and left.He was a no show again and I waited all day, left numerous messagesPoliceman called him at noon and Cruz said he was working his way to my house but he never showedMy last message was that I would be filing a civil suit against himTo resolve this I want my $back that he cashed but did not do work on oak tree, gutters and check roofI also want $back from the $I paid for work in back yard because I had to pay someone else $to remove pine trees he carelessly left in my back yardHe also left a lot of debris at my neighbors house that he promised to come back with a chipper and removeShe called him and he made promises to come but never showedShe had to pay $to have the mess removed! Cruz had also agreed to clean up the debris he left at Ruths house (my neighbor) after he was supposed to come to my house on 10/22/which he also was a no showThis guy needs to have consequences for his actions as I don't want this to happen to someone else!

[redacted] offered to return appraisal fee if he could not get the total amount of cash out we needed during a refinance.

He was not able to get the amount we needed for home repairs because his appraiser did not get to the number he thought and when I asked for the $400 fee to be returned he continues to put me off.

Now he doesn't even take my calls.

Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I will only work with people that do what they say they will do.

I also want $20 back from the $150 I paid for work in back yard because I had to pay someone else $20 to remove pine trees he carelessly left in my back yard. He also left a lot of debris at my neighbors house that he promised to come back with a chipper and remove. She called him and he made promises to come but never showed. She had to pay $80 to have the mess removed! Cruz had also agreed to clean up the debris he left at Ruths house (my neighbor) after he was supposed to come to my house on 10/22/2015 which he also was a no show.
