We purchased a dining room set and had problems with one chair, that we had not even used yet, falling apartLiterally fell apart at the joints that make the frame stay together This chair was used for guests we had for dinnerWhen our guest stood up to leave the table, this chair literally fell apart Fortunately, he was already standingThis guest is less than an average sized manWeight was not an issue When we took the chair in for replacementIt was obviously not repairable We were told they no longer carry that brand, but would ask the manufacturer to replace itWe were told there were no guarantees, even though we were still covered by the warrantyThey took a picture of the chair, refusing to send the chair back or keep it at their place of business We were told basically" don't call us, we'll call you" and maybe it will be replaced This took place months agoHave not heard anythingNever even heard so much as an apology This was not a cheap set eitherWe were led to believe it was a "good " brand Worst customer service everWill not buy from here again
