Our website has not been updated in 3+ years, therefore we have been advertising our kittens for sale on our [redacted] page with no problems for several years We keep it honest and pretty simple You meet the kitten, agree on the price, give a deposit & pay the balance once the kitten is picked up Ms [redacted] inquired about this kitten that was born with a slight kink in his tail He was advertised with this flaw on [redacted] She was very excited to meet him, so we set up a day/time for her to come to my home to meet him (9/15) She fell in love with him and wanted to take him home that day, but he was too young to leave then We discussed price at that time and she agreed without hesitation I explained that I would need a deposit to hold him and that the balance would be due the day he was picked up I also told her that the deposit was non-refundable at which she agreed was fine with her She even offered to pay in full as she had the money in her account that day I said just the deposit was enough She left my home to go to an ATM to get cash She came back, gave me the deposit and was very happy when she left weeks later (9/28) I got kind of a nasty email with her issue on the price of the kitten I explained to her about the website not being updated (which imo didn't matter) the kitten was advertised on [redacted] & the price was revealed and agree upon after Ms [redacted] meeting him After no response from her I decided that I was not going to wait and try to place the kitten with another family I told her that if he was placed I would refund her deposit (although deposits are not refundable) He was never placed I would appreciate this complaint be dropped as there is no reason for it Non-refundable is non-refundable Thank you
