On Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at around 10am, I had a home session with a Ms. ***, a licensed hypnotherapist, Reiki practitioner, and metaphysician. I was referred to her by another hypnotherapist and colleague of hers, a Ms. ***, of ***, ***. I hired her to get rid of an evil spirit that has was bothering me in my apartment, since August 21, 2019.
She arrived late, and then she started doing a strange ritual,going from room to room with metal dowsing sticks, and small cleaver knife. She gave me some crystals, stones, and jewelry and a ritual to use over myself using a piece of quartz. She also gave me a glass bottle of essential oil infused with water for aromatherapy. I felt VERY uncomfortable with what she was doing, and when I asked her about this, she was extremely rude, impatient and said that she had to get going, when she stated beforehand that she would be here for a few hours.
Finally, she left my apartment around 12-12:30pm. She charged me $150 cash, and gave no receipt. I paid her with a personal check. It is now Thursday, November 28, 2019, and I'm still being bothered by these influences.
Therefore, I feel that Ms. was both unfair and deceptive with me, charged me a lot of money for a service that proved ineffective.
To be clear this was not a Hypnotherapy Session/In House it was a house clearing session. This customer contacted me seeking my services to clear his apartment. I explained up front that my fee is $150.00 that the session would be two hours and what tools and techniques I would be using. He asked if he could give me a post dated check and I agreed. I did notify him that morning by text that I would be a few minutes late and he was ok with that because he said he hadn't eaten breakfast yet. It was a 45 minute drive each way to service him and I was with him for 2 hours. That is a total of a three and a half hour commitment on my part. I did use a protective prayer, dowsing tools and crystals and the essential oil spray to clear his apartment and him as well, I left these with him to use with the recorded video I made on his phone of me teaching him how to use these techniques to clear himself and his space to empower him to continue to protect himself. After that he requested that I clear his car, which I did. At the end he told me he felt clear and great. He also said his apartment felt clear. I left with the impression he was satisfied. He texted me later that day requesting a referral to a holistic counselor. A few days later after I cashed his check he texted me saying he could really use the $150.00. Then a couple days later he texted me again saying he was firing me and no longer wanted my services. I found this odd because it was a one time service for a one time fee without any talk of or agreement for future services. I blocked him from my phone because he requested no further contact with me. This customers demand for a full refund is unreasonable and not going to happen.
