Cape Cod Furniture

Paid 300 dollars down payment on sofa that cost 870 dollars. The owner of the company did not apply this amount to the balance. After speaking to him several times he acknowledge the fact told me he would make good. but never did. The cost goes from 870dollars to 2038 dollars on 8/20/2019 if not paid in full by 8/20/2019

I ordered a kitchen island with four chairs. *** (the owner) personally sold it to me. I was told that they would hold it for me until I was ready for delivery and if I was not happy with it that he would gladly refund my money. Someone showed up with the Island (I never saw it) they didn't take it off the truck and I was told that it was broken and that it had to go back and they would get another one. After 5 days I didn't hear anything so I called ***. He apologized and said that he thought his "Manager" had gotten in touch with me. I was told that there were parts on order and I would get the island soon. Three weeks went by and we called again. Message given to ***, call never returned. Finally get in touch with ***, he at first had no idea who we were or what we were talking about. Then claimed that he would find out what was going on and would call right back. That never happened. Have tried to reach him numerous times but he never responds. I don't have my merchandise and he's not refunding my money.

I bought a mattress from cape cod furniture the agreement was 479 then I got the bill for almost $1000 I called them and stopped into the store. and they also damaged my wall he said they would fix it *** said he was going to stop by that evening but never did
