Cape Cod Gas Heat & A/C, Inc. Reviews (1)
In January, this company installed a gas boiler, water heater and associated piping for an oil to gas conversion. Over the next two months or so, the technician returned due to two no heat calls, to change the external venting per order of the town inspector, to repair a water heater connection leak as well as the following day because he forgot to purge the system and I was without heat again. Each time I asked him about the noises coming through the pipes on the first and second floors, which I did not have with the oil system. He told me he couldn't hear any noises. The Town Inspector heard the noises when he was here and he called the company about it. After deciding it wasn't going to go away on its own, I emailed the manager on March 28, 2013, asking a different technician be sent to find the problem. He emailed me back the same day saying he would look into it for me and get back to me soon. I emailed him on April 10th for an update and again on April 21st. I called the office and left messages for him on April 25th and May 1st and one other day I didn't keep track of. On May 7th I sent a letter to the Vice President who lives in my town and was named on the MA government site. I still had no response, so I chatted on line with a Revdex.com contact who suggested I try one more time since the company has an A+ rating, so I sent a letter on June 6th. To date, I have had no response.
