Cape Cod Inflatable Rentals Reviews (%countItem)

My family and I visited your park on June 27th as a part of our annual Cape Cod vacation. This was not our first visit to Cape Cod Inflatable Park; we have had the pleasure of watching your park grow with every year we visit. I believe this is our fourth or fifth year coming to your establishment and we come a couple times a year.
Every year my family looks forward to going to your park, because you are always adding and improving your institution. In the beginning, it was just the inflatables, the next year we came and you added the wet inflatables, then the next year you added the Challenge Zone. All of these were great additions. My family couldn’t wait to see what new things you added this year.
Well, lets just say you out did yourselves this year. My family was very excited about your new addition of the H2O Park. Let’s just say, that is where MY excitement ended.
When I was purchasing tickets, I was told for my sons to even enter the water park, I would have to purchase a $25 ticket to the park, even though I had no intention of swimming, I did not even wear my swim suit that day. I voiced my discontent at the ticket window and was told there was nothing they could do about it. My boys pooled their money together and purchased a ticket for me so they could go into the water park.
When you began the inflatable portion of the park, bystanders did not need to pay to watch, if you didn’t have a band, you didn’t bounce. When you added the water inflatables, bystanders did not have to pay to watch, if you didn’t have a band, you didn’t ride the wet inflatables. When you added the Challenge Zone, bystanders did not need to pay, if you didn’t have a band, then you didn’t go on the equipment. Now you have a new policy, you have to pay to be a bystander in the water park. This to me seems to be poor business practice.
Sadly, having to purchase a water park ticket for a bystander was only the beginning to a very disappointing visit.
Immediately entering the park I looked for a clean table. Almost EVERY table was dirty with sticky slushy stains, dried ketchup, dipping sauce, condiment and drink rings. I went over to the screen door at the kitchen and asked for something, so I could wash down a table so we could sit down, to which a female employee answered, “Those are supposed to be wiped down every night.” A male, with long hair, tied back in a ponytail, came out and wiped down the top of my table and continued onto others. After he left, I sat down and noticed that the edges of the table were sticky as well. I just decided to clean that myself. When I was in line ordering food, a female customer walked up to the order window and asked for a cloth to wipe down her table, because it was dirty. The female employee gave her a cloth, and told her to return it when she was done. To me that is just bad etiquette.
This now brings me to the water park. First and foremost, the water is FREEZING!!! My kids were not able to play in the water for very long, less than an hour, because they were so cold. Your life guards were covering the tops of their bodies with towels, because the overspray from blowing water was so cold. I observed this in two separate locations, one on the play structure, near the little kid slide and the second over at the beginning/end of the lazy river. I find this troubling, because they are focused on keeping themselves covered from the overspray, which is distracting them from their true job of keeping your customers safe. As I was waiting for one of my children to go down one of the slides located on the bridge, I noticed something floating in the water. The object floated right in front of the life guard and she made no effort to remove it from the water. I don’t believe this is the image you are trying to portray to your customers.
