[[redacted] purchased the business from [redacted] but in 2013. In April we corresponded via email. [redacted] the new owner does not conduct business in the same mannere as the previous owner. In May we discussed spring cleanup. In an email on May 17, 2015 I asked to verify te price and when the work would be done. Last year he charged my $325.00 which I approved. I have tried to resolve this matter in a professional and courteous way and have not been satisfied with Cape Cod Lawn Care and their manner of conducting business. Thank you
