Cape Cod Organic Low-Fat Potato Chips have always been my go-to when I crave chips. In the last several purchases, I have noticed a change in the potatoes Cape Cod is using. Most of the chips in the recent bag I purchased from Costco had black sides and spots that are clearly from rotten potatoes used in manufacturing the chips. Where is quality control in their plants? Do they not inspect and cull out the rotten potatoes? I have decided, after this disappointing bag of chips, to search for and switch to a better potato chip. Au revoir, Cape Cod chips!
