Mr*** was sent a letter, written by myself addressing his complaint and he has since paid the bill *** Screens do in fact carry a "Limited" Lifetime warranty on all parts ONLY! NOT LABOR...for which he was billed only The screen mesh is not covered under any

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
  I paid it in fear that they were going to notify a collection agency. Notice it says " fixed gear mechanism."  That has nothing to do with the "mesh" as she stated in her comments. It was mechanical and that is covered in the warranty. I would like them to reimburse the money to me.    Balance forward 0.00 07/17/2017 INV #[redacted].
