I have been trying to reach out to this business for over a week just to get documentation sent to me to start a discrimination investigation. No one from this business is returning calls.
As the Executive Director of the Cape Girardeau County Area Medical Society and I am responding to this complaint. I have reached out to the complainant and discussed the problem. The complainant was looking for services that were outside the scope of practice of the Cape Girardeau County Area Medical Society. There is no paperwork that the society can provide to help the complainant in his investigation. He has already sought out the organization that he needs to be in touch with.
Admittedly on my end there was a delay in response, which I acknowledged and will work hard to make sure this does not happen again.
