Today was my first visit to Unclaimed Furniture Upstate AND the first time shopping without my husband of years who passed away recently I walked in sad, scared I would make a bad purchase, confused and apprehensive After hearing wonderful music being piped through the store the tears came but luckily so did [redacted] She helped me find exactly what I needed and was able to help me get through the shopping experience feeling confident with my choices Thank you! Thank you!

I bought a sofa, love seat, chair, ottman and I paid appromiately $1,for it since then the whole sofa has peeled about half the color off of itthe love seat is peeling, and the single chair, ottman also has peel spots on iti have brought lots of furniture from unclaimed furniture and has never been a dissatisfied customeri am really very dissatisfied customer ..I am out of $1,200, and I am really ashame of anyone coming to my house with my furniture looking like thisi contact the manager Cheryl on 12/3/18, and she stated there"s only a year warranty threw [redacted]  of Mississippishe stated they are not responsible, and threre"s nothing they can do about itI ask her did you not know that the furniture wasn"t any goodBut no responseTo me it looks like the color was never set in the fabricI believe the salesman told me it was leather, that"s why I brought itI would like to be reimburse for the full amount of this furnitureThere"s is nothing I

We purchased, paid cash, over $3,worth of furniture from this business They had to order it, not thrilled, but willing to wait We also said we needed them to deliver it...so we PAID for that also The furniture arrived within the timeframe in which they told us it would, still not a problem They call and leave a message on my cell phone to schedule delivery, this is where the issue begins I work retail and have two days available before the holidays begin, the first day they have already booked up...at this point I am told they book up at least a week out (this is brand new information to me) Then I was asked, did I really expect to have my furniture delivered the same week it came in? Well, possibly! Then I told the "manager" Kyle that I only had two days open, the one they had booked up and a Saturday, he said they do not deliver on Saturday and I needed to find someone to be at my home to meet them to place my new furniture I told him since we spent the money, I would need to be the one to be in my home to place the furniture where I wanted it, Kyle held his ground with the NO delivery Saturday and asked for my next day off, it is Thanksgiving day I told him that since this was not goi g to work out then we would need a refund He said we cannot do that, refunds are not available They are called "Unclaimed Furniture" for a reason, no? Anyway I had to get the man Ilive with involved and suddenly they are willing to deliver on the Saturday I have open! This is great but I asked these people why they would not do this for me, but they did it for my "husband"?! All I got was patronizing words and that they bent over backwards for me, no it was for my "husband", not for me! They also told me, they did not see any reason to contact the Revdex.com, well discriminitory behavior is a reason!

On January 29, 2016, my wife and I ordered $5,worth of furniture that the salesman said we could put on layawayHe explained that the merchandise would not be ordered until half of the total amount was paid for, and we could put down any amount we wanted to secure the orderWe ran our debit card for $No one ever mentioned or explained the return/exchange policySome time had gone by, and we decided we did not want the furniture we planned on ordering because we felt like it was overpricedWe went to Unclaimed Furniture on September 3, 2016, and I was told that *** would be able to refund my $I go sit in her office and she says, "I don't know what you came here for, but you are not getting your money back." I was shocked at her response, and asked why she could not give me my refund, that is when she finally mentioned the hour cancellation policy! I explained to her that this was not mentioned before, and she should be able to give us our money back since the ord

I bought furniture from unclaimed in April The furniture included an ottoman I contacted Cheryl about the ottoman, and she sent a gentlemen out to my home in December This ottoman is made crooked and
warpedI have pictures I don't know why they even sold this itemIt is really made badlyI have been in touch
