On Saturday, August around 6pm I discovered that there was black powder coming from my portable oxygen conserver and I was unable to use itMy oxygen supplier was closed so I called their emergency line to have this issue taken care of immediately as I cannot leave my house without oxygenI was told this was not a true medical emergency and that they would not do anything to help me until Monday.I am unable to do anything without being on oxygen, so to me or anyone this is a true medical emergencyI went through their service tech and General Manager and got the same story that I did not have a medical emergency and they would not respondSunday morning, I was informed this was the owner's policy and decisionAs I could not leave the house, I suggested that my daughter go pick up another conserver at the companyShe had to drive minutes there and back to do this for meThis should have never have happenedBlack powder should never come out my oxygen tank and conserver and when it did, it should have been taken care of immediately regardless of the day or the reason
