We put an alarm on his vehicle and he had some issues under his dash - nothing that we had to get intoThese were causing problems with the alarmWe wanted him to bring it in so we could repair it and he said he wanted it just taken out
We told him we could notHe jump started the vehicle which messes it up and makes it so it has to be reprogrammedHe did not want to bring it inWe reimbursed him for the product, but not the labor costWe explained everything to himHe has the issues under the dash but he didn't want to hear our explanationHe just wanted all the money back, though we tried to get him to come in and fix it for himThe product is useless to us, but we refunded him the cost for thatI tried my hardest to work with him and no matter what we offered, he was not going to be happy
