Regarding her inability to view the apartment she was pre-leasingWe are unable to show any address where someone is currently residing, we are always more than willing to provide pictures, floorplans, et cetera of any particular apartment, especially for someone who is moving from outside the area and is unable to visit prior their moveAnd, at the time she initially inquired any available apartment was pre-leasing sight unseen, as this is due to the time of year
