Review: On Saturday, 5/30/15, at 5:20pm; I present at American West, [redacted]. I purchased a 4oz bottle of [redacted], [redacted] Cologne(28.99+tax=31.02). I use a Citibank Debit card for payment. Upon return to my NYC residence, the atomizer(spray device) did not function. On Sunday, 5/31/15, at 1:00pm; I called American West and spoke to the owner, Mr. [redacted]. I explained the circumstance of the ago atomizer spray device. I offered to mail my purchase in exchange for another bottle with a functioning spray. I further explained that I reside in NYC, 135+ miles away and I am uncertain when I would visit Cape May. . [redacted] refused stating that I must call the company in Indiana, because he stated "that does not guarantee the product, just sells the product." The store receipt has a 30 day exchange or return policy. I hope that my African American ethnicity was not a factor in Mr. [redacted] decision to instruct me to call [redacted] for resolution.Desired Settlement: I will return the cologne for my refund of $31.02.[redacted]
