We just moved into our home in Ft. Lauderdale on Friday. Friday evening a toilet was leaking and we shut off the valve.

Neighbors recommended Cape Plumbing and we called (as former NYers we did not expect anyone to answer the phone). We spoke with George and he scheduled us for the same day between 3-5 pm ( not possible!). Robert [redacted] called twice with updates from the road ( no way, we said)..

He was a total professional plumber with a personality to match. He repaired the leak and we wanted him to move in with us but he gently rejected the offer.

Cape Plumbing has been great. They've had to come by 4-5 times to first fix an improperly setup sink drain that was backing up into the dishwasher, then we discovered the main drainage stack pipe had a leaking crack so Bo spent a day tearing out the shower and replacing the pipe. A few other little issues here and there (older house) but all have been solved quickly for a fair price. They always answer or call you back quickly if they miss the call and are very flexible with scheduling in the evenings if necessary. Definitely request Bo if he's available.

Yesterday at 04 o'clock we ran into an issue with a plugged drain and called Cape Plumbing. By 06 o'clock Chad of Cape Plumbing had fixed everything (in a very professional and courteous manner I might add) and was on his way home. We have been dealing with Cape plumbing for years and don't hesitate to recommend them highly.
