I AM A 70% DISABLED ARMY VETERANTHAT MEANS THE VA COVERS 100% OF MY HEALTHCARE! I LIVE MORE THAN AN HOUR AWAY FROM PHILLY OR DELAWARE VA HOSPITALS, SO I USE THE VA CHOICE PROGRAMTHIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BILLING ISSUES WITH CAPE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING!
FIRST OFF I NEVER SIGNED YOUR FINANCIAL LIABILITY PAPERWORK AND INDICATED ALL BILLING NEEDS TO BE SENT TO THE VA FOR PAYMENT
BIG LETTERS ON PAPERWORK "DO NOT SEND ME ANY BILLS"
YET I AM LOOKING AT A BILL FOR A RIDICULOUS $2504.30!
I LIVE ON A LIMITED BUDGET (UNLIKE YOURSELVES) AND HAVE NO MEANS TO PAY THIS BILL EVER!
EVEN IF I DID I NEVER WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU KNOW WELL HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS YET YOU ATTEMPT TO GOUGE VETERANS TO MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK, PATHETIC!

My son went into the emergency room for an asthma attack while we were on a family vacation last 7/I provided the billing agent my insurance card-Mass Health (MA)Per my insurance I have coverage for an emergency room service out of state as long as the provider is willing to become participating and it is submitted within days of the serviceI spoke with Cape Regional billing 2-weeks after he was seen as I had received a bill for $(going by ** ***)I questioned if an application could be submitted as I did not qualify for charity because not a NJ residentI was told they would tryAfter months of dealing with the third party billing company repeatedly providing my insurance card information was never told that until after days had been reached that Cape Regional does not bill outside *** because non-participatingCalled Cape Regional and spoke with Director who was of no helpShe insisted everything they could do was doneWhen I questioned the
