Cape Savings Bank

Review: Cape Bank recently allowed a debtor to withdraw funds several times from my bank account without my knowledge or approval. This left no funds available for other responsibilities and bills that needed to be paid. They informed me that I approved these withdrawals, which I DID NOT. They also posted several large bank fees for returned items that should not have been incurred in the first place. I feel that their banking staff does not closely monitor their customer's account activity in a professional manner-why would anyone pay 2 to 3 times for the same bill and the bank allowed this to happen. At this point, I am considering leaving this bank and doing my business else where and also will consider seeking legal assistance if this matter is not resolved and my funds are not returned.. The bank allowed the money to be taken , but as of yet, nothing has been returned.Desired Settlement: refund of funds taken from account
