my wife and I both went to smile dentistry first time for both went to office to make appointments gave them information on last dentist seen in Minnesota said they would send for information my date not sure maybe November then wife went 1-8-2020
they gave use both intraoral full mouth images charged 75.00 x 2=150.00 but we both had that done in 2019 in Minnesota this is not just a regular x-ray their is a thing thru insurance called frequency meaning can only have every 3 years they or the people at front desk know this is not just regular x ray could of looked at my info they said they would request and had me sign so they could or could of asked insurance company when they request benefits I trusted them to ask and they didn't do it then made me pay 150.00 also when got their the hygienist wanted to do 2 other things that were not covered I said no I never pay out of pocket and I already pay bill 150.00
Billing Adjustment pay me back 150.00 because i went to the office signed the release forms for them to have the info also its the frequency thru insurance and she should of known its her job and i know people cant work for free so when i called over the phone she made it sound like i should have known wasnt willing to discount nothing
