our attorney spells out that Mr. [redacted] had unrealistic expectations of a limited visual inspection and chose to maliciously libel HSDI online.  We are sorry Mr. [redacted] is unhappy with our services. HSDI is willing to negotiate a partial refund of the cost of the inspection.  In return Mr. [redacted] must remove all false and slanderous posts or litigation will be forth coming.   Home Systems Data Inc. has been in business for over thirty years with a very reputable reputation, and is in good standing with the Revdex.com, which would not be the case if Mr. [redacted]'s post were accurate.
