Hello, This situation has been resolved as of May 4, 2018. We received an initial maintenance request for a problem with A/C on May 2, 2018 and had received no other request for maintenance prior to this date. Out maintenance team ordered the necessary part for the repair and completed the repair on...

May 4, 2018. We responded to and resolved the issue as soon as we got the request from our resident. Neither of the days that the residents were without air did the temperature reach what is considered emergency levels as stated in our lease. We did not, however, receive notification from Revdex.com until 5:30am on May 10, 2018. The email to which it was sent is not the email we need in order to expedite our responses to these issues. Going forward we need all Revdex.com correspondence for Cape Trails property emailed to [redacted] & [redacted].
