Phone response from Kristen [redacted] - She came in on a Saturday evening, paid $25 for hair cut, $40 for color and gave $20 tip. Her hair was previously bleached and breaking off in the front. I never heard from her until this letter was received from Revdex.com. The photo she sent shows it is...
layered in the back, which I did not do any layering. If she wants to come in, I can fix her hair, or if adamant about a refund, she would only be entitled to $25.
