The customer called for me, the manager and I wasn’t in that day. He was supposed to call back the next day and he was going to refunded his deposit. He didn't call back. He just needs to call us we will give him his refund. [redacted], Manager

The customer brought the unit in for a refrigerator repair. When he entered our parking lot, he crashed into other RV's. Upon doing so, we had to try to get his RV repaired through a body shop at his request. The body shop could not get it in...

for a month to a month and a half. It took as long to get parts for the unit that he damaged for the repairs. We had correspondence with his insurance company on June 17, three days after he brought it in. The customer knew we were at the mercy of the body shop. Once the body shop finished, the customer was called and he picked the unit up. We checked the refrigerator and did not find any issues. The customer was not charged. He picked the unit up and never let us know he was upset, and he seemed satisfied.

I now have my camper back. The company did not include that it was 2 weeks after body shop completed the work and I filed this complaint before they got my camper from the body shop.
