Review: While the details of my complaint are far to numerous to list, to summarize Capezio Building And Remodeling LLC of York Pennsylvania was hired for a "3 week" exterior remolding job. That was 7 months ago and the job is still only half complete with no estimated finishing date in sight as the contractor listed has all but washed their hands of the project and all contractual obligations. On 05/17/13 I was informed that another company would be brought in to finish the job and as of this posting my house as not progressed by a single nail and no "other" company exists. To complicate matters, all the material that I paid for and was told was purchased was never delivered so finding someone to finish this debacle would mean I have to purchase again a significant portion of the material even consider finding another contractor myself to finish the job.The work that was done was done poorly and not consistent with standard exterior remodeling practices. Not a single phase of this multi-phase project was completed in it's entirety so I'm left with nothing more than several either partially completed phases or phases that were never started at all. In other words, it's a complete mess, and eye-sore to the entire community, not to mention a safety concern as any amount of wind would have half installed building material becoming deadly projectiles.Desired Settlement: At this point I do not even want Capezio Building And Remodeling LLC of York Pennsylvania to finish the actual exterior remodeling of my home but I do want them to be held contractually responsible and incur the costs of getting a proper contractor to finish the work. Pay what ever additional material and labor costs that are required to have a qualified contractor complete the job properly.
