On 1/30/dealer performed the airbag inflator on the PASSENGER side of the vehicle by a Toyota Certified Master Technician I checked our incoming phone records and customer only called us two times Once on 1/22/scheduling her appointment and a second time on 1/27/to change the time of her appointment I would think customer would have called us immediately after the accident if she thought dealer at fault No further assistance from dealer

212791, weinspected your vehicle and informed you that there were noticeable damages to the right front wheel,tire and right side of the front bumper (photos attached). These damages indicated the vehicle hitsomething that caused the right front wheel alignment to go out of specs, therefore, causing the rightfront tire to wear prematurely on the outer edge. This also explains the tire wear which was worse tothe right versus the left as you stated.Due to the fact that the damages and the premature tire wear on your vehicle mentioned above werecaused by outside influence, not manufacturing defect, we would not be able to perform the repairsunder factory warranty.Sincerely,[redacted]
