HI, Chrysler FCA US LLC corporate has changed their licensing and program options for the Chrysler Micropod and Licensing The entire country has had to purchase a cloud based license for their new tool offerings They had cancelled the old program and licensing and they did not offer any refunds or discounts and basically forced the entire user base to switch to their new platform At this time Chrysler is not offering any discounts to switch to their new platformPlease see attachment

I am rejecting this response because: I sent back two Panasonic Toughbook as per Dustin instructionsOne to run the witech and one to run the Cardaq plus 2, but nether computer met the minimum to run either program efficientlyI only need what I was told I was getting and paid forI do not understand why Dustin will not call me back ( his answering service say they hear that a lot ) Going throgh my notes the witech was supposed come with a two year subsciption that will need to restart on the day I get to work

The problem we are having is trying to go through our stock and figure out exactly what Mr. [redacted] has sent back to us after many many months of use of the tool that we sent him.   We sell subscription based OEM...

diagnostic tools and provide excellent support and training.  We take pride in our Revdex.com review and relationship and have an excellent industry reputation with nearly perfect scores across facebook, ebay, amazon and other venues. We have an explicit return policy on our items per our website since these tools are registered to the customer and cannot be resold after 30 days.  In this industry we find that many shops buy tools fix there cars and then send back the tools that's why we have a strict 30 day return policy. We would be willing to offer Mr [redacted] his Cardaq Package with a new laptop which would graciously include for him however, we cannot refund his other tool. Thanks Dustin

This document clearly states it no longer supports new subscriptions, not that it cancelled old ones.

I am rejecting this response because:This is not true, I spent much time talking with Chrysler and the original system is still supported.  This company was sued by Chrysler for selling licenses they were not authorized to sell. Wich is what he did to me.Attached is Chryslers own document stating that witech one has not been replaced and is still a live system.  Also is a link to the suit Chrysler filed for him selling licenses he's wasn't authorized to.The fact is he knew he wasn't authorized to sell that license and he did it anyway.https://kb.fcawitech.com/article/witech-2-0-frequently-asked-questions-87...⇄
