My roofer has years experienceI do not have to be there to watch every step of his workI checked on the job upon completion of the roof installation

The shingles are a year shingle that was purchased by the ownerMy labor on roofs are guaranteed for yearI was paid for my labor with the owner buying the shinglesI was called about a leak after monthsIf the roof had leaked soon after installation up to year I would have
honored the repair requestWith the high winds, rain and storms that we have been getting especially in the Houston area there is no telling exactly what is the reason for the leaksHaving years experience the roof was installed properlyMy labor is guaranteedfor year

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** is being less than honest at this point He left town before the job was finished and has never set foot on the roof, actually never Not when the work was done and certainly not sinceIt saddens me that ** *** feels he has to make up facts to cover for his employees making a mistake I thought only God didn't make mistakes So if ou are trying to say that neither you with years experience and your roofer with years experience have never made a mistake.how I must nominate both of you for construction sainthood It also says that when you have to say that you checked it upon completion and you know that you didn't, that there is doubt in your mind about the work

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] may have been in business for 30 years, He didn't actually install the roof. He had a crew to do it. He left town, and left them here to do the work unsupervised.  The reputable roofer here has said the roof has been leaking because the flat section of the roof was installed wrong. Since [redacted] never checked his crews work, he really cannotsay that it wasn't installed properlu, as the reputable roofer has ssid here. The only area that is leaking and wasn't installed properly is the flat section,  which takes expertise, which [redacted] crew didn't have. obviously.

My roofer has 40 years experience. I do not have to be there to watch every step of his work. I checked on the job upon completion of the roof installation.
