Review: I went to this dental clinic a few months ago to have a wisdom tooth removal surgery. On the day of the surgery, I was asked to pay the cost up-front (based on estimated insurance coverage). My insurance actually covered more than the estimate, so I was owed a refund check from the clinic. In the four and a half months since, I have called every two weeks asking for the status of the check. Each time, they have either put me on hold for at least an hour; lied and told me the check was in the mail; or told me that they would call back, which they never do.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund check from the clinic. Each time I speak with them they agree that a refund check is owed, but they have been extremely evasive about actually sending the check.
