I had a brief conversation with their President, *** *** This company was in our Condo building to perform work in a unit owners apartment Upon request of additional documentation to comply with our building rules, Mr*** became argumentative and made verbal demands He shouted out orders to me on the phone When I requested that he please lower his voice, Mr*** hung up the telephone Air Conditioning Professional or Kindergarten Class?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff speaks to clients like you owe them something and we should be thankful they speak with you. After being told " It's not my problem we're late and your not getting fix today," I was then told, "If I was smart enough to realize it's the middle of summer I would know they are busy." After asking to speak with the owner, he was just as rude as his staff. His staff was very confrontational and the warrantee from the unit they install is now voided due to the owner refusing to do business with me.
