Revdex.com:At this time, I BELIEVE THAT my complaint, ID *** regarding Educate Credit Card Services has been resolved.The company contacted me the next business day after I filed my complaint, and tried to complete what they considered to be an incomplete transaction When I
asked them to cancel it, they tried a strong-arm sales pitch again I did not get a good sense of closure in that phone call, but I believe that they will not try to complete that sale, and I believe that they will not send it to collections The only way I expect to know that for sure is to go a couple months without being contacted by a collection agency

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Educare Center Services regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company attempted to contact me on 1/** but I was unavailable to answer the phoneI called back on 1/** to speak with the manager
that contacted me (*** ***), but he was unavailable to speak with me but was told he would call me backHe did not reach out to me at all, so I called back on 2/* to speak with the manager again, and was informed that they contacted me by mistakeSo they still haven't resolved my concerns nor have they tried to make any other contact with meI still expect a resolution of having no money attempted to be taken and for my "contract" to be null and void with them
