Review: [redacted] represented himself as a tax grievance representative. We Paid him $1,200 ($600 for 2 properties) after he almost Guaranteed a reduction of taxes. We were not awarded any reduction. Then a local foundation paid him to fight for the grievances again and they paid him to fight for our home and he fought for the wrong piece of property ( a property we had for sale, that we clearly had no interest in what the taxes would be) We told him exactly it was our home and clearly NOT for the piece of property that was for sale. At the grievance meeting he was actually showed a picture of the "FOR SALE" sign and still fought for the wrong property. He is unprofessional and hung up on us when we told him the mistake he made and told him we expected a refund. Because of his mistake we are the only residents in the neighborhood that DID NOT GET A TAX REDUCTION. He does not provide owner with any paperwork but shows up real quick for his check!Desired Settlement: he should refund our original check for our home since he did NOTHING for us and we will have to do this again NEXT year.
