We are in receipt of your correspondence of 4/12/regarding the refund of a security deposit for [redacted] for a property located at [redacted] Harrisburg.Mrs [redacted] indicated she had documentation regarding the fuel Consumption at the propertyWe did as well which we calculated and provided to herAdditionally I did tell [redacted] at the post-occupancy inspection when we looked at the tank that I would need to get it filled to determine the usage, which she did not object to at that time.My last response to this as well is that I feel we were more than fair in our dealings with Mrs [redacted] I was also charged a fee to plow the driveway and shovel the sidewalk (which only had a small walkway), which was not taken care of during their tenancy but was required per the lease agreementI did not subtract that billing from her security deposit which I absolutely had the right to do soWe stand firm on our calculationsIf you have any additional questions or Comments please give me a callSincerely, Cindy A***-H [redacted] Capital Area Investments, LLC ###-###-#### - Office ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: The facts don't support her estimation of fuel consumption I am owed the full security deposit She has not demonstrated any reason, as stated in her letter to me, to not refund this money If there were other complaints, they should have been addressed at that time
