Capital Asphalt & Interlock

I had Capital redo my 20 year old laneway last year. The entire job was done perfectly. Attention to detail was noticed at every step of the job. Upon completion of the job, the site was left clean and tidy and there was no damage to the lawns on each side of the laneway. As recommended by Capital, I had the laneway re-sealed this year. Again, the work was excellent. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Capital Asphalt claims "top quality workmanship." In our experience, that is exactly what they deliver. We obtained four quotes for a garage and driveway replacement. We selected Capital Asphalt for several reasons. While they were competitive with other companies, the are a family run business. The person who showed up to provide a quote and recommendations was also part of the work crew. They did not take a deposit: their policy is you pay when you are happy with the quality of the work. The work crew was respectful of the property - and did an excellent job in punishingly hot weather when the City had a heat advisory in effect. The team lead and co-owner shared important insights for protecting our investment. Bottom line: this is a great, home grown business that does quality work for a very fair price. I can not recommend them too highly.

The guys from Capital Asphalt are absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly and they keep the property very clean. They did my double car driveway in 2 days, and kept the property clean as they worked. In fact my property is cleaner now then when they started the work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
