I purchased a car with financing from Capital Auto Financial in 2017. I was late on my payment in March 2019. I lost my job and acquired a new job within 2 weeks. After notifying them that my payment would be late, Judy from their office spoke to me and informed me that I could make my payment late (in April) with fee's. The Thursday before the agreement to make the payment for both March and April, the car was repossessed. I called Friday morning to make the payment and they would not give me any information as to why my car was repossessed or the amount I would have to pay. They were rude and short with me when I called and said that they did not have record that I had a promise to pay. They also closed the office early on Friday, preventing me to contact them further. I waited until the following Monday (today) to call and they still would not allow me to make my payment They stated they needed me to pay the repossession fee but they did not have the fee for me to pay. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they put Judy on the phone and she became very aggressive. She spoke over me, did not allow me to address my concerns, she said "I don't know why you cant understand" and then she hung up on me. When I called back, she said they would not be financing me any longer.

I have had multiple issues with the women at this office. They are constantly rude and this was the icing on the cake. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Now they are placing a repossession on my account after thy agreed to allow me to make a late payment.

Of this place and it's staff, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional shady company that does such unethical dirty business or a more disgusting bunch of incredibly immature, irresponaible, shady staff. They engage in unfair and unethical business practices to defraud customers.

DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY Capital auto financial. PLEASE PUT IN A COMPLAINT TO THE Revdex.com if you had a bad experience with them . They will mess up and destroy your credit . No matter how you pay . Please share this information with others.

I strongly suggest against auto financing through this company, Capital Auto Financial, the are a VERY small company operate under dirty, shady, unethical business practices and their lack of professionalism is astounding!! Their payment options are extremely limited or at least that's what they told me and wanted me to believe. I elected to pay my payment online by invoice thru their payment system and I had no problem the first 5 months, however, the sixth month I requested an invoice and when I attempted to sign in to the payment system to pay the invoice I wasnt able to sign in using the same user and password I had used previous months and the sign in information is saved to my computer. I called Capital to inform them of the problem and they reset my password but when I attempted to sign in using the temporary password they provided it didn't work. I called Capital again and again they reset the password and again it didn't work. They reset and sent temporary passwords multiple times, none of them ever worked and the only other payment option they informed me of was to either pay in person or mail a check. They are to far away and I don't have or use checks. So I continued trying to try to get them to fix the issue so I could pay online. They never did, instead they told me they are no longer offering the online payment method as of January 1, 2018 and then they told me to go to seven eleven to make my payment, a payment option they failed to mention until after my payment was 30 days late and I asked them not to report the payment to credit bureaus as a 30 day late for the reason being the problem with their online payment system and limited payment options, they refused claiming they don't have any control over how their accounts are reported. I went to seven eleven to make the payment but the store clerk asked me for a bar code. Apparently there's a bar code required to make the payment, they told me to go pay it yet failed to provide me the information required to make payment. To date they claim that they've sent multiple text messages that include a link to get the bar code but Ithe messages I received had no link and when I called to tell them the girl there told me she sent the link multiple times, she sent it to herself and everyone else receives the message just fine and outright implied I was lying about not receiving the text with link. I called multiple times as well assent emails about not receiving these allegedly texts. By this time my payment was almost 2 months past due when I got a response January 4, 2018 that told me to make the payment at the dealership where I bought the car whilst still continuing to imply I'm lying about not getting the text. So, I was never told I could make the payment at the dealership until yesterday. And again they claim they'd sent me the link several more times, I still never received any and continued to presume I was a liar. I may be a lot of things but a liar is not one of them, and the implication that I was had my blood boiling. In the last few months I'd suffered financial hardships and literally homeless, I was nearing 2 payments being 30 days late so I called to request to make one payment and defer the other, they refused. I requested to make a payment arrangement to prevent another 30 day late reported to credit they also refused stating it didn't matter if I had a payment arrangement the account reports 30 days and they have no control over how their accounts are reported to credit bureaus. I had yet to receive an actual text message that included the barcode to go make the payment when I got a call yesterday from a guy named Steve at Capital alleging that the repo guy was there at my vehicle getting ready to take it as we spoke I looked out and my car was not being touched no one was around my car then he demanded a payment I informed him of all the problems that I have had since November with their online payment system with having no other options and then all the sudden they just blurted out that I can make it at 7:11 then when I'm having problems there they blurred out that I can make it out at the dealership well initially they claim to have no other options but to mail a check or pay it in person so he basically continue to allege that I was lying about not getting the text messages and told me and I asked him about making the payment at the dealership and he just kept alleging that I was a liar that everyone else that they send that message to received it no problem I'm the only one having a problem with it that has caused me now to not be able to make my payment so I was *** and I thought okay you don't believe me you think I'm lying I will drive over to oncue right now where I bought the car and I'll show them and then you can bake and tell you what I've received that I have not received any text message including a barcode so I went to the dealership and my salesman there Matt I told him what was going on and he looked at
