Review: I had purchased a vehicle from Capital Auto Sales, the manager whiched seemed like a really nice person but when it came time to address this situation with my frame, he was rude as well as neglegant. The frame on my car was completely rotted out and although it is a used car and sold as is, the car was marked on a legal Wisconsin disclaimer that is provided on every vehicle being sold in my state was marked legal but if you ask any mechanic (2 seperate mechanics even there own) and the state of WI leiason it was unsafe and never should have left the lot. The state of wisconsin stated they had to fix the car - 2 days later the car was "fixed" almost two weeks later my steering wheel was upside down and the car cut off. I took it to a car repair shop and they fixed the problem of it not starting and then proceeded to tell me that my frame is not bolted in. It is actually missing bolts and the steering wheel is not fully attached thats why its upside down and you cant make full left turns. Clearly this company should not be in business and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want the entire refund for full amount that was paid for the vehicle.
