auction date was 8/14/12. We gave her additional time to make the payment per her request. After that payment was made her account was paid to 8/30/12. This payment was made by [redacted] Church, not [redacted].The next rent payment was due 8/30/12 and was not paid until 12/10/12, 1 day before the auction. This payment was also made by [redacted] Church.The next rent payment was due 12/30/12 and was not paid until 5/22/13. The auction date was 5/14/13. [redacted] again asked for additional time which we gladly granted. This payment was also made by [redacted] Church.The next rent payment was due 5/30/13. We sent out four notices dated 6/15/13, 6/30/13, 7/30/13 and 8/7/13. We did not receive a response and the unit was sold at public auction for cash on 9/10/13. The amount due at the time of the auction was $461. We received $320 for the unit. The balance due is $141.As for [redacted] advising this office of her address change by phone: We do not recall her phone call, but if she did, she would have been told that we do not accept address changes over the phone. That has been our policy for over 30 years. She would have been told to submit the change of address in writing in person, via US mail or email.

Once again they are at Fault because they fail to Properly Notify Me before they auction off my one hundred thousand dollars’ worth of property. They didn’t send me No Notice I did not receive any notice, if I had received a notice I would have surly
responded. Once again
the clerk name [redacted] agued with me over the phone when I call and inquired
about how much I owed which at this time
I asked her to change my address in order for me to receive my bill. She argued with me and stated over and over
that “Their policy was to mail bill to
the address that was wrote on the form when I placed my property in their
storage” She argued with me and said
that “They cannot change the address
over the phone or in writing because they send the bill to the address I wrote on the form when I placed the property in storage. Once again I argued and ask her “ What
sense does that make, I am no longer at
that address woman, It Makes NO
Sense” she said to me that “ She was sorry.” This is the Truth, that was our
conversation. I didn’t speak to anyone
else I took her word.Not once in
the conversation did she give me and alternative or inform me that I could come
in and change the address in writing (as they claiming now) instead she stated
that “Their policy was that they had to
use the address written on the form I filled out when I brought my property
in” Not only have
my Livelyhood been Destoryed, I feel that
I was Denied change of address,
I also was Miss-Lead and Miss-Informed, therefore Capital
Beltway is at Fault.
