My name was wrongfully turned into a collection agency named *** *** ** *** ** *** *** I have contacted the corporate office of the apartmentsand have tried to contact the bookkeeper, but have yet to have the matter resolvedActually, after receiving a misconstrued form from my former apartments they owe as opposed to them stating that I owe them

October 17, I was charged $marked as renter's insurance for my previous 2015-lease because the complex neglected to charge me the $10/month last yearI'm being threatened with lock-out/eviction on today November 7th for not paying for renter's insurance that was never billed to me and that I was never made aware ofI've always had either a credit or a zero balance and I'm failing to understand why I'm being penalized for a mistake on the part of the complex for a lease that is overI've spoken with the accountant at the complex to no avail and I'm still waiting for a call back from the regional manager that I'm not confident I'll receiveThe notice to vacate states that I owe $($renters insurance, $late fee, $incorrect parking charge, $November renter's insurance) I do not feel that I'm responsible for this sudden realization of last year's error
