I am rejecting this response because:I was under the impression that TGM did not respond to the complaint. I just read their response today. I do not agree with their assessment and I do not consider this as resolved. Please reopen as you can see I just read their resolution today.

TGM in good
faith, not agreeing to any wrong doing, will credit back to *** *** the invoice provided to us from *** *** in the amount of $(see attached) and consider the matter resolved . The existing boiler at the home is extremely old and not in good operating condition. TGM and also Presicion Air (per their invoice) have both recommend that the boiler needs to be replaced

Our office will be glad to respond to this complaint.  This is the first notification we have received.  No letter or phone call was received by our office to discuss/dispute this matter.  I will contact the Revdex.com first thing Monday morning in reference to this complaint.  Our...
