Review: I am a monthly customer at this parking garage where the attendant takes my car key each time and parks it for me. One evening I come out of work and go to get my car and the back bumper of my BMW is visibly hanging off on the right side, and there is a gash in the back of bumper towards that right side.I brought it to a body shop and the estimate is 1100 dollars for replacement. Body shop says you cannot just re-attach the bumper b/c the hinges are broken. So the entire bumper needs to be replaced.The garage supervisor says that the damage did not happen there, and that he is not replacing my back bumper b/c I had some pre-existing damage there (in the middle area). I assured him the damge did happen there indeed, b/c I check out my car, I do a walk around, in the morning and in the evening when I retrieve my car.Desired Settlement: I would like the truth to come out, that these people damaged my car, I cant just leave my bumper hanging off, these people need to pay me for my damages. Thank You.

the issue was somewhat resolved between the garage and myself.

I was not happy with the small amount of money they provided me with to fix my bumper (only 250 dollars given for my 1100. dollar bill)

but I dont want to fight them anymore, so I took the 250 dollars

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
