Capital Carpet Care

I just bought a minivan which was filthy on the inside. Called CCC on a Sunday for pricing & he made time to come see me the same day. We discussed pricing & it was very affordable to shampoo the carpet and headliner inside. He did a great job! However, the next day, I noticed dirt & mud rising up after the cleaning so I called him up. He came to see me at an agree upon time & location so that he may take a look. Turns out, this vans carpet was filthier than we both thought! He redid the spots that came back at no extra charge! I asked if there was something I can do in the event of more mud coming back the next day. He offered to show me his technique & I was happy to learn from him. Great guy & very professional!
