We will not be issuing a refund for this student, Just because you assumed there would be separate trucks doesn't mean that students used separate trucks, nor were you given an option over the phone to use an automaticYou received training, Trainer was there at 6:05am as you previously stated and your appointment with the highway patrol was at 2:pm as you were toldThe Highway Patrol Changed your appointment time and that I have no control overWe are still offering to uphold our guarantee, if you'd like itAnd our statistic of 90% Pass rate is overall students, not dailyIt is still correctI apologize you are unhappy with the fact you did not pass in try, not everyone willBut, again, we will not be issuing a refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:NOTHING in the Capital CDL Training reply changes anythingThe facts remain as previously statedI was told times by phone that the course training was hoursI was told it started at 6am and completed at 2:30pm at which time I would go to the testing centerI had no reason to believe otherwiseThe testing time was 2:30pm, as far as I knew this was a standing appointment they used for all their students I was cheated out of ½ hours of practice time in the truck and on the highway as promisedI wanted the promised hours training!It DOES NOT change the fact that the Capital CDL Training logo states boldly “CDL Licenses in Hours”This is at the top of every page on their websiteI have screen shots!It DOES NOT change the fact that the website boasted of having trucks for training, both manual and automaticI was scheduled for the manual so obviously the other student must have been scheduled for the automaticThus leading me to believe that we would each have our own truck to practice!The business’ Revdex.com reply of having a 90% success rate DOES NOT reflect the truth when the logo states CDL Licenses in hours! The failure rate of both students on 2-13-is proof of the failure rate! Failure rate that day was 100%!Proof is obvious of the Capital CDL Training services misleading/misrepresenting their servicesThis has been admitted in their own responseI have screen shots of Capital CDL Training website the day of my trainingBoth manual and automatic tractors are offered and I was ask if I could drive a manual tractor, I said “yes” which would have meant the other student would be training in an automatic tractorThe proof is stated in the Capital CDL Training’s response to my complaint to the Revdex.comThey have admitted that the information was wrong and misleading on their website and it now has only been changed, because of my complaint This in itself is an admission of guilt for misleading and misrepresenting their services ..otherwise known as FRAUD!I am still asking for a full refund for this misrepresentation of the Capital CDL Training services as I was misled from the beginning to believe this was an hour training course that led to CDL Licensing within hoursIT DID NOT!!! Hi, thank you for your input hereI would just like to tell you that at none of our centers do we have trucks any longer, Since the states passed the new laws stating that if you take your CDL skills test in an automatic, then you have a restriction on your licenseGranted our website may not have been fully updated since it is a newer law and we always state over the phones we only have manual, but is now fully updated stating we only have manual trucks, just waiting for the changes to take placeI can GUARANTEE you were not told over the phone you had the option between trucks nor given the option for an automatic seeing as we no longer have automatic trucksYes, you were told to be there at 6am, I apologize our trainer was minutes late, but unfortunately these things do happenNow on to our guarantee, our guarantee is as follows "If you do not pass for any reason, we will retrieve you for free"Unfortunately we can not guarantee that everyone pass on their first tryWe do however have about a 90% First time pass rateNow with that being said, if someone were to not pass we would reschedule them for our next available appointment, there was not now or ever a hr time limit on that, we only have so many appointments available with the DOT for testing, so we have to go with what we have available, nor could I cancel someone else who has been waiting for their appointment to put you in their placeSo I apologize if you thought that you' be able to retest that same day, but it would not be possibleI understand that youre moving out of state and will not be able to wait until our next available appointment but I cannot control that unfortunatelyI have offered you our next available appointment to fulfill our guarantee, but I cannot make appointments available that are not thereYes, when we spoke on the phone I told you to be there at 6am and your test was at 2:pmApparently the testing facility switched your appointment to 12:30pm without my knowledge, but with that being said, as I already told you, even if you would have tested at 2:30pm the other student would have tested with the truck at 12:pm and you wouldn't have been able to use it during that timeAs far as the training itself goes, as I stated in our previous communications, the trainer had to make sure that both students has the inspection down in order to move on to anything else, since that is the 1st test you will take during your skills testingIf you do not pass that, you do not even get a chance at the other Parts of the testEvery training is different and is Dependant on the students, how long is spent on what depends on how quickly the students learnWe are still Willing to schedule you for the next available appointment that works best for you, but we will not be issuing a refund, we did as we said we would and are still willing to hold up our guarantee if you can make it to an appointmenteven willing to put you in a class of your own so you do not need to worry about sharing time with another studentIt will however still be in the same gravel lot we've always usedAlso, because of your statement I am now in contact with google maps trying to get our address on GPS updatedI apologize that you had problems finding the place and hope to get that corrected soon so no future students have problems finding usIf you decide that you would like to schedule your retraining that is of course FREE OF CHARGE for you, please give me a call during business hours and I will get you rescheduled as soon as possible About the credit card processing fee, you were told by your trainer before you called to pay with card, and by me before I processed it, as well as sent your receiptYou agreed to the charges and are very much validMany companies have processing fees, because we are charged for the transactions themselves, and for more than the $we roll down to youAny further questions feel free to contact me during business hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

And our statistic of 90% Pass rate is overall students, not daily. It is still correct. I apologize you are unhappy with the fact you did not pass in 1 try, not everyone will. I was told 3 times by phone that the course training was 8 hours. I was told it started at 6am and completed at 2:30pm at which time I would go to the testing center. I had no reason to believe otherwise. I can GUARANTEE you were not told over the phone you had the option between trucks nor given the option for an automatic seeing as we no longer have automatic trucks. Yes, you were told to be there at 6am, I apologize our trainer was 5 minutes late, but unfortunately these things do happen. Now on to our guarantee, our guarantee is as follows "If you do not pass for any reason, we will retrieve you for free". Unfortunately we can not guarantee that everyone pass on their first try. We do however have about a 90% First time pass rate.
