Capital Cigar and Tobacco

Review: About 3 weeks ago, I purchased a Tube Cut Cigarete machine from this store for $70. Over the last week, the machine started to jam and so I went back to the store to speak with the guy who sold it to me; he is a young kid, with glasses who claims he is the 'owner.' I told him about the problem I was having with the machine and his response was that he needed tobacco to replicate the issue. I told him that I do not walk around with loose tobacco on my person and asked him if he could provide the tobacco to which he claimed that he didn't have any. He repeated that he would not be able to return or exchange the product unless I could provide him with tobacco to replicate the problem. At that point, I made him aware that at no time during the purchase or afterwards, (via signage in the store or note on the receipt) was I made aware of his return/refund policy as it applies to this product.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund on this product.
