Capital City Appliance

In June of 2013 I had Capitol City Appliance come to my home to repair the heating element in my dryer. They arrived, did the work, I paid them and they left. The dryer worked for 3 weeks. When it stopped heating up again, they came back out and replaced the heating element. The dryer then broke down again in September of 2013. Initially, I was told that they used a new heating element. During the second repair, I was told that the heating element failed because it was used. (I was quoted and paid for a new one). The repairman replaced it with a 'better used element' because they didn't have any new ones in stock. He said to call them if I have any issues. When it broke down for the third time, I called them and spoke with a gentleman that said he would get back to me in regards to correcting the problem. He never called back. I have left three other voice mails since then as no one ever answers the phone. Now, if I go to another appliance repair business, I am back to square one. This company should replace the bad part with a new one with a warrantee.Product_Or_Service: Heating element replacement on [redacted] dryerDesired SettlementI would like Capitol City Appliance to replace the used part (that I never agreed to in the first place) with a new one and proof that it is new, such as the invoice they received with it when shipped from the manufacturer.
