Owner goes back on deals that salesman offer

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership at 3:00 pm on 6/14/16. Before I had driven the vehicle 50 miles and owned it less than 6 hours, the water pump failed. I contacted the dealership the following day as they did not return my call to them on 6/14/16. They told me " you are own your own, that is a maintenance issue not a failed part of the motor issue". I asked the salesperson if they had known of the issue prior to sale and I was told that they were aware of the issue but determined that it was a maintenance issue yet they never disclosed it at the time of sale. This has left me with a repair costing several hundred dollars.

Was misled about the condition of a purchased vehicle. I bought a used 2000 Toyota 4runner here last October for $6600. I paid with a wire transfer from my bank account. These trucks are known for frame problems. Im from Mass and was shopping for southern trucks in the hopes of avoiding this problem. Capitol City knew this, the first thing I asked about on phone was the frame. I told them my only concern was the structural integrity of the vehicle. They told me there was some surface rust but failed to mention the truck spent most of its life in New England. In December My local Toyota dealer inspected the truck and told me the frame is cracked, patched, rusted, and broken in several dangerous areas. It needs a full replacement. I called the Broker multiple times and they were unwilling to even admit they had done me wrong. Now, I've paid more than six times what this vehicle is worth and seem to have no recourse (there is no lemon law in North Carolina)I over-trusted these guys and they ripped me off.Desired SettlementIm looking for capital city auto brokers to buy back this vehicle for the majority of the sale price to reflect the minor wear and tear ive put on the vehicle
