I had a great buying experienceCut to a few months later there was an issue The dealer was more than willing to work with meWe bounced some ideas around but just given the distance between me and the dealership the conculsion we came to was best They were willing to assist me with my loan and take the vehicle back 100% of the outcome to a situation comes from how you react to itNever once were they rude Never once did I feel I couldn't take their word for itThey came through with flying colors and I greatly appreciate itI wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again Great people and great businessmenI wish my relationship with them could of lasted longer

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2016/10/21) */
Tenant did not leave of his own volitionHe was asked to leave for repeated instances of drug and domestic abuseAfter admitted theft of our property, and admitted methamphetamine manufacture and use, the Dallas County Sheriff's department was
called for repeated instances of domestic abuseThe tenant in question agreed with us that it would be best for them to relocateThey have received a statement detailing these statements as well as expenses incurred that well exceeded their deposit amountThe pest infestation and odor was limited to this particular tenant's apartment and the adjoining apartments had none of these issuesIf additional details are needed, we will be happy to provide these in a timely manner
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2016/10/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1St off the Dallas county sheriff's were never called please ask for proof, I have proof if I'd stolen anything he wrote and signed on 9-1-2016.that we were neat, never late on rent, and owed 0.00nothing , if that is the case why did he say so, all of which is unrelavent Missouri statute *** states he only hasdays to send me a itemized statement of deductions of my deposit, I didn't receive it till 10-08-and only after I confruted *** thru texts, if the landlord fails to due so then he has no right to any amount and I can sue for twice the amt, he bought a *** machine because his establishment has a bedbug and cockroaches, and black mold, all of which are acts of nature which I can't be held liable please call me if you need more answers thanks *** ***XXX-XXX-XXXX

I recently bought a car from them under false pretenses. It was an older model, but he and his employes reassured me over and over again that it was in great shape. To make it short I bought the car and on the first day withing 1.5 hours that car stalled. I asked for my money back that same day. He always has the answers as to what it could be. The transmission light now comes on, water leaks from the dash on driver side. AC doesn't operate correctly, the back door stopped opening, the front pass. side stoped working from the outside. There are a few more, but I don't feel like writing it all. He refuses to give me a refund and as all the answers. They didn't even change the oil. They lied about everything on the phone and in my face. I will exercise any right that I have before I let them walk all over me. Do Not trust this company.

Purchased my son's first car. He drove it around the block 4 or 5 times, and once to work (less than a mile away), and in the parking lot of the nearby school. The clutch gave out while he was on the road. This was literally two days after we purchased it. I called and was really upset. I asked [redacted] for a quote on the repair and that he not charge us retail and labor. I would pay for the parts, but felt like this was fair. I also shared that I wasn't sure if I could trust that this would be taken care of well. He went on to say that we burned out the clutch because we didn't know how to drive clutch. I feel like it was the person before me that had it over the weekend and couldn't pay for it (according to them that was the problem) and brought it back. Nevertheless, my son paid all the money he saved for 9 months to buy this, and it is sitting in the street. [redacted] never called back, so I called him 5 days later to find out he wants another $975 (including labor) to fix this.I feel like they are dishonest and called them on it. When I let him know I would be contacting Revdex.com, he started yelling about me threatening him with this report.Product_Or_Service: 2002 Nissan XterraDesired SettlementI wanted this either repaired for parts cost only, or get a total refund so my son can buy a car elsewhere. I am not sure I can trust them to repair this vehicle, so I am leaning toward a refund. They had said that there were several other people looking at this vehicle, so they should be able to unload it if they fix it properly.Business Response We are sorry our customer is having an issue with this deal, but I think a few key points got left out....On june 3 she came and purchased the truck,we never heard any complaints in 2 days like she stated....The check provided for the vehicle purschase was returned for insufficiant funds...We contacted [redacted] with this info and arranged a certified check for june 6th....During the pick up date on tuesday till the friday of that week there were no complaints and nothing but how her son loves the truck.....Then we get a call from [redacted] on saturday insisting we repair the vehicle and the clutch is out, well we never saw the truck to even get a chance to see what the problem was and her son never drove a 5 speed manual vehicle ever...I dont think it is fair to insist on a repair without looking at anything and having a clutch go out during a procces of teaching a teenager how to drive a manual car...I believe we went above and beyond but we where willing to help, but there was alot of information left out in [redacted]'s complaint..Thank you for your help in this matter...Consumer Response We test drove the vehicle the 27th or 28th of May. We were given 15 minutes to drive it and had to have it back by the end of that time period. he was interested in the car. When we inquired about it the following day, the business had sold it to a neighbor of theirs. We were told it was gone. We left our number to have the business call us if they came across a similar vehicle. They called back after the weekend because their neighbor had not been able to pay for the vehicle. They assured us they checked it over - no idea if their neighbor knew how to drive a manual transmission - and the inspection that they had issued on the vehicle was accurate. as there was severe weather the night we purchased it - I drove it out of there having had 30 years' experience driving, most of which was manual transmission (including my CDL). It was 6 or 7 at night. As for the insufficient funds, let's not misrepresent what happened there. We were told that they did not want us to do 2 transactions using their debit card machine because that costs too much money for THEM. He was going to pay for all he could and I was going to pay for the rest. Instead, I was asked to write a check. I told them (5:30 at night) that we would have to get his money transferred into my account first. They said it would take a day or two to clear. It did not - it cleared that night, and they knew that I had not had a chance to move money around. And after they called saying that they would call the Sheriff on me (nice customer service), I went and got a certified check to pay for it. I wanted to do two transactions and pay for it that night - they ran out and deposited the check after telling me they would allow us a day to transfer money to my account. Don't make it sound like I am the one being deceitful here. The car was parked until the 4th in the afternoon (he was in school and did not drive it at all). We took it to a parking lot where my son could feel how to drive the clutch - he stalled it ONCE. He picked up on it very quickly. We drove it 5 times back and forth (Literally 1st gear... stop... reverse... 1st gear...etc). He drove it for maybe 20 minutes. The next day in the afternoon, Friday, he took it to work - less than a 1/2 mile away and the clutch gave out at a the one light between us and work. Just saying - he was not, and I was not, reckless in handling this very expensive yard art for the 3 or 4 miles he drove it. I drove it from the business to home - maybe 5 miles. And BEFORE I will pay to tow it anywhere to let it sit, I wanted to know that they would be fair and fix the band-aid that they put on that fell off. He said he was going to hang up the phone because our conversation wasn't going anywhere after yelling at me about the fact I mentioned contacting Revdex.com. So here were are. He still seems unwilling to give a fair deal on the repair. If he will not stand up for the quality of the vehicles he is selling, that is up to him. If he does not want to be amenable to fixing the vehicle for cost, that is up to him. It is up to me how I will respond to his bad customer service and HIS threats and insults.
