*** ***rn The person that contacted be gave me instruction to try things again that I had already doneAlso gave me an email address that I could not send email toI had to figure out on my on how to get into my account on phone and it's still alot of trouble getting intoI've talked to some of my friends that have accounts with *** *** *** they are having problems with new system too

I have reviewed our former client's complaint, including listening to recorded calls into our client service center. While the client was not satisfied with the hold placed on her account, it was done so in accordance with our institution's policies and procedures. The client,
by her own admission in her complaint, used extremely vulgar language and directed the language and her hostility toward our associates. Her account was closed, with her knowledge and the remaining balance of $was sent to her via cashier's check to her address on file (which is the same as the address listed in this complaint) and it was returned undeliverable. The complainant may call me at *** and I will make arrangements to refund her closing balance

I had no knowledge my account was closed until several days after the fact, that is a bald faced lie. There is no reason mail would have been returned as undeliverable from this address, but I am willing to make the phone call to get my money back. However I stress the fact that I was not notified in any way that my account was closed.
