Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/03/15) */ Upon entering the store I noticed that MrK [redacted] was being very rude and bullying my store employeeShe was trying her best to kindly address his concerns despite his inappropriate behavior towards herShe was ultimately unable to resolve the issue to his satisfaction and so I personally dealt with himI explained that our contract clearly states that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and it is a consignors responsibility to find their items on the racks if they wish to pull them from the storeThe shoes that he mentions had been placed in the back room with his consignor # on them since it was the wrong season for them to be placed on the sales floorThis was all explained to himAll of his items that we accepted were inventoried and were on the list that he was givenHe did not wish to take the time to look for his items(After he left my employees went out and found all of his remaining items on the sales floor) He was more interested in making a big scene than resolving anythingTowards the end he literally started yelling profanities and called me several extremely inappropriate namesWe asked him to leave the store and then called the police to file a letter of no trespassing against himWhich they didHe was told that he could send his mother to pick up his other consigned items, since he was not allowed to returnHe also left an inappropriate Google review full of slander and accusations, which Google then pulled upon review Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 13, 2016/03/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have a right to leave a review, and my review had nothing contained in it that would be deemed unacceptable. If Connie would like, I could repost the review. I made the decision to remove the review because it was my belief that somone someone had to be the bigger person, and I highly doubt that will ever be Connie. If my items are 51st the store, I will send my mother after them. It wouldn't have progressed to this point if she would have called. Clearly, resolving the issue is of no importance to Connie.

Perhaps if he had not been so inappropriate in his behavior at our store, this situation could have been resolved more to his liking. We do not believe that he wants a fair resolution, since we have already provided this. Rather, it seems he just prefers to want to have a platform to air his slanderous, and completely false allegations. We honored our commitment to him as explained clearly in the contract which he agreed to when he opened his account. Once he decided to make the issue into a personal attack, any chance of further resolution was destroyed.
