Hired company in June/July 2019 for chimney sweep. Satisfied.

Hired company to install 3 chimney caps in Nov 2019. Paid $***. Two caps blew off in moderate winds in early Jan 2020. Company came out and reinstalled the caps after I refused offer to cement them to the chimney crowns for an additional $***. All 3 caps blew off in moderate to strong winds on Friday, Feb 7, 2020.
